Jo Mozley
Finance & Administration Officer
I started my working life in travel but changed career in 2001 when I moved into Accounting. I qualified as a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians in 2005 and have previously worked in a manufacturing environment in both Hastings and Bexhill before joining Pestalozzi in late 2017. I enjoy travelling and cycling and have completed long distance charity cycle challenges and have also been the local Girl Guide and Brownie Leader in Sedlescombe for the last 10 years. I enjoy volunteering, fundraising for charities and meeting new people from far and wide so when the vacancy arose to join Pestalozzi as the Finance Officer it was too good an opportunity to miss.

Margaret Alexander
Student Programme Manager
After a 10 year career in the Civil Service I decided to change career and work with young people. Before joining Pestalozzi 14 years ago, I worked with young people with special educational needs and emotional and behavioural difficulties. I have a BSc in Health and Social Care and a PG Certificate in Conflict and Development. I joined Pestalozzi after a year overseas and it offered me a perfect opportunity for the world to come to me and to continue my work with young people who are keen to make a difference in the world.

Nancy Anderson
Student Programme Assistant
I work here as part of the Student Programme Team, coordinating student activities, providing support with their studies and mentoring across both year groups. Prior to this, I've worked and volunteered for several non-profit organisations, gaining experience in a number of roles across the charity sector. The curiosity, compassion and enthusiasm of the students is infectious and I feel very grateful that I get to work so closely them every day.

Carol Blythe
Student Programme Administrator
I started working at Pestalozzi on 11th February 1980 as a secretary in the Warden’s Office. Prior to this I had worked in various secretarial posts back in Staffordshire after leaving school at the age of 16. My time at Pestalozzi has spanned both the old system when children of 10 years of age came to the village and lived in various national houses with other children and housemothers from their own countries. As you can imagine I have seen many changes, shed a few tears, shared a lot of laughter, made lasting friendships and ended up with many adopted sons and daughters from around the world. I can honestly say I have enjoyed every moment here at the Village.
